  • 8 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 12 oz fettuccine, cooked
  • 4 Tbsp Parmesan, grated
  • 4 lime wedges, for garnish
  • 4 sprigs cilantro, for garnish
  • 4 Tbsp diced Roma tomato, for garnish
  • 2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
