Baked Chicken and Rhubarb
Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped rhubarb, 1/4″ pieces
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch

- 3 lbs chicken breasts, thighs, or whole chicken
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
